The developer has quit maintaining this app. The app itself hasn’t been updated in well over two years to keep up with iOS updates, and the data (prices of oil and gas) haven’t updated in the app in between 33 and 47 DAYS as of this review. This makes the app effectively useless. Fix it or remove it.

The ads pop-up are annoying and make the app unusable. There is no way to pay to make ads disappear. Several other better apps for oil prices and news in the store.

I agree with barrybo. I cannot remove the 1 message from the icon which is annoying. Also, for a month or so, I kept getting a notification that said to “update the app to the new version” when I had already updated to the 2.0.0 version. Please improve the app, or I will delete it and get a different oil price app. Thank you.

I would have given 5 stars but I cannot remove the 1 message notice from the icon! 😡 There isn't anything is settings to perform this.

Loads forever and too many ads.

This is the worst app i've ever used. Instead of giving you the current oil prices and trends all it gives is stupid popup advertisements. No matter what you do the ads constantly show up. I want real time info not a bunch of games that a bunch of mindless twits play. Your app has been deleted.

If you are a speed reader you can see the price before a huge ad covers the screen. It's a horrible app and completely unusable

Worst app ever. Too many ads

Overall it is an ok app. I don't know why they can't show the news articles that come across the notifications. The problem I have is the obnoxious audio advertising. Advertising is ok , but the audio is unacceptable. Sometimes I want to check the price of oil without worrying about the game advertising blaring out😡

When I first got the app it worked well. That is to trick you into giving it a good review. But soon after words it is nothing but advertisements. You can't even get the Oil Price anymore. Solid advertisements. Try a different app. This one doesn't work.

TOO MANY ADS!!!

App rarely opens, it will just sit there like it's refreshing but never shows anything. Ads are super annoying when it does actually work.

Why only in portrait mode? Useless...

This used to be a great app for seeing oil prices and then closing it and going about your business. Now, you can see the app for all of 2 seconds before ads plaster your screen and make the app unusable, unseeable, and overall a waste of a formerly good app. The ads take control of your screen and open the App Store and other nastiness. Don't waste your time unless the dev can make a good app with minimalistic advertising.

Too slow it won't download

The ads are annoying. They pop up and you have to sometimes watch a short video before seeing the oil price. There are better apps that don't do this. Would beer nice if you could pay to have the add removed.

I'm deleting this app. You get all kinds of pop-ups and even a game of some kind appears and there is no way to go to the app for oil prices once the game appears. I have had this app for about 5-6 months and it has gotten WORSE..

I previously wrote a review for this application expressing my sentiment for the ever-plaguing pop-ups and advertisements. I appreciate that the company updated the application to remove these ads, which severely diminished user experience. A+++

Constant ads that popup and take over the entire screen. If I could give it a negative rating I would.

I agree with others, with the constant ads popping up, it is now a waste of time. Amazing how one update made the app not worth using.

Useless without real time prices!!! Bring it back !!!

I installed this app months ago. It was simple and worked well. It showed closing price previous day and the real time price. Now the real rime price is absent. Pretty useless unless you want yesterday's news.

App no longer shows real time price! Useless.

I wanted an app that would give me accurate, up to date oil prices. This is it. It is simple and to the point. It shows Brent and WTI prices, near real time. And let's you see the graph of the month, quarter, year, and 5 year trends. It's exactly what I needed. Nothing more, nothing less. Works awesome. Thanks!
